Let’s talk about the elephant in the room

Starting this blog is a huge step in me stepping out on faith. I work full time in and out of the house. I haven’t been going out much and this blog is a creative outlet. Prior to having children, I loved crocheting, repurposing wooden furniture, DIY home improvement projects, and reading. Finding the time and space for my hobbies have been a real challenge. So could see how so many people often have mixed feelings about having children. The fear of losing pieces of or all of yourself is real. Being a mommy has been a beautiful experience. I love my little people and although I can’t imagine life without them, I DO remember who I was before them. So it’s okay to miss the person you once were while embracing the new person you’re becoming. What have you done for yourself lately? What changed since becoming a parent?
